- Internet or hosting downtime
- Exchange-side issues, circuit limits, or trading halts
- Incorrect parameter configurations chosen by the user
- Slippage between signal generation and order execution

Use of our software does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, or any other professional advisory relationship between you and Trade Metrix Technologies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Metrix Technologies, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data — arising from or related to your use of our software, strategies, or website. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
