4. Payment Information & Paytm Payment Gateway
All payments on our platform are processed through Paytm Payment Gateway (Paytm Payments Services Limited), which is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor authorised by the Reserve Bank of India.
When you make a payment, the following information is securely transmitted to Paytm:
- Your name and contact details
- Billing address
- Transaction amount and currency (INR)
- Order reference and subscription details
Your payment instrument details (card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials, OTP) are entered directly on Paytm’s secure pages and are never seen, transmitted through, or stored on our servers. All payment data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.

5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Vercel Inc. and our database providers, with encryption at rest and in transit. We follow industry-standard security practices including:

- Encrypted storage of broker API keys
- Role-based access controls for our internal team
- Regular security reviews and dependency updates
6. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Paytm Payments Services Limited — for payment processing
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, our database provider) — for service delivery
- Email and SMS service providers — for transactional notifications
- Legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
7. Communication Consent
By registering an account, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications from us via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp, including payment receipts, software updates, security alerts, and subscription expiry reminders. You may opt out of marketing or promotional messages at any time by contacting privacy@trademetrix.tech. You cannot opt out of essential transactional messages while your subscription is active.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. After account closure:
- Account and profile data: deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law
- Payment and invoice records: retained for 8 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws
- Server logs: retained for up to 12 months for security and audit purposes
