1. Digital Service
Trade Metrix Technologies provides a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, no courier dispatches, and no physical delivery timelines. All access to our algorithmic trading software, strategies, dashboards, and documentation is delivered electronically through our online platform at app.trademetrix.tech.
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment confirmation by Paytm Payment Gateway:
- Your subscription is activated automatically within 5 minutes
- A payment receipt and access details are emailed to your registered email address
- You can immediately log in at app.trademetrix.tech to access your subscribed strategies and features
- Your subscription duration starts from the moment of activation
3. Activation Issues
If your subscription does not activate within 30 minutes of successful payment:
- Check your registered email (including spam/junk folder) for the activation email
- Log out and log back into your account
- Contact support@trademetrix.tech with your Paytm transaction reference
Our team will resolve activation issues within 24 hours. If we are unable to activate your subscription, a full refund will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Communication & Updates
Software updates, new strategies, and platform improvements are delivered through the platform automatically. You do not need to download or install anything separately. Material changes are notified via email and in-app announcements.
5. Service Availability
Our software is accessible 24×7 via app.trademetrix.tech, except during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen outages. Scheduled maintenance is typically performed outside Indian market trading hours (after 4:00 PM IST or on weekends) and announced in advance through email and on the platform.
