All subscription fees paid to Trade Matrix are non-refundable. We do not provide trading tips, signals, or investment advisory services of any kind.

Our services are strictly limited to the development, deployment, and maintenance of automated trading applications. All algorithms are based on back-tested data; however, we do not guarantee their future performance. The algorithm deployed in any automated system is finalized only after mutual agreement with the user, and Trade Matrix bears no liability for any losses incurred. Past performance of any advice/strategy/model does not indicate or guarantee future results. Actual returns may vary significantly due to multiple market-based factors including, but not limited to, impact costs, expenses, timing of entry/exit, fund flows, individual mandates, and portfolio construction differences. There is no assurance that any strategy/model or advice provided by Trade Matrix will achieve its stated objectives.

Neither Trade Matrix nor its partners, officers, or employees assure or guarantee returns on any strategy/model/advice. Investments are exposed to market risks and may go up or down due to various factors affecting financial markets. Trade Matrix or its associates shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or shortfall arising due to market conditions.

We provide all prospective users with a free real-time live demo to evaluate performance before purchasing. We receive the necessary installation and deployment files from our parent provider only after payment is made. Therefore, under no circumstances will any amount paid be refunded. Users are strongly encouraged to take the live demo before making a purchase decision.

The services and all materials provided through them are offered “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Matrix and its suppliers, advertisers, and agents disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including, but not limited to, warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Certain jurisdictions may not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Trade Matrix and its affiliates do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the services, nor do we warrant that defects will be corrected or that our servers are free of harmful components. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, hardware, and connectivity required to use our services, along with any associated costs. Your use of the services is entirely at your own risk.

Email and internet communication may not always be reliable. There may be instances where you do not receive expected communication from us. Email and phone communication serve as the primary channels of contact by Trade Matrix, and it is your responsibility to check spam folders, filters, or access updates directly through our website, trademetrix.tech. Trade Matrix is not responsible for non-delivery of emails or failure to access the website or published content.

While we strive for accuracy and integrity, the services may unintentionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unauthorized third-party alterations. Should you encounter such issues, please contact us at info@trademetrix.tech, and we will address them as soon as practicable.

Limitation of Liability

Trade Matrix and its suppliers, advertisers, affiliates, agents, and sponsors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of the services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the services is to discontinue use. The maximum aggregate liability of Trade Matrix for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Matrix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, costs (including attorney fees), or expenses arising from:
(a) your breach of this agreement or violation of the code of conduct,
(b) any claim that materials submitted by you infringe upon third-party rights,
(c) your activities related to use of the services.

No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. This agreement, along with all policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Trade Matrix, superseding all prior written or oral agreements.
